Piano Studio Policy
Payments: Fees are paid monthly in advance and are due on the first lesson of each month unless otherwise agreed.
Fees include: Individual piano and theory lessons tailored to age, level, and goals; exam preparation; performance opportunities and optional video support.
Attendance: Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you. Regular attendance is expected. Missed lessons are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: In case of cancelation due to illness or a genuine emergency, I will do my best to offer a make-up lesson within the same week. Same-day or last-minute cancellations cannot be rescheduled.
Late arrival: Lessons will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Practice: Students are expected to have access to a suitable instrument at home and to practise regularly.
Books & materials: Students are obliged to bring all current music books and required materials to every lesson.
School holiday lessons: Optional and will be arranged in advance.
Termination: Lessons may be discontinued in cases of repeated absences, lack of progress due to insufficient practice, or late payments.
Communication: You will be added to the WhatsApp announcements group for important updates and any available rescheduling slots shared each Monday.
Photos & videos: Photos or videos may be taken during lessons or performances. Please inform me in advance if you prefer not to be included.
